Shortly after graduating, he took a job in the oil and gas industry, where his creative instinct, passion for making the customer the hero, and bold entrepreneurial drive soon led to his founding Magnum Oil Tools International.

Over 33 years, Magnum Oil Tools grew from bootstrapped garage start-up to a company worth half a billion dollars whose products were used by energy operators worldwide. This incredible growth was powered by Lynn's industry-leading innovations, 102 patents, and 1000+ inventions, along with the partnership he shares with his two sons.

Today, after selling Magnum Oil Tools, he and his two sons continue to work together, to pursue fresh and exciting investment opportunities as they look beyond the oil and gas industry and write the next chapter in the Frazier family legacy.
